im gonna make "sui jiao" aka water dumplings(i think). no not those wrap in leaves. those u boil or pan fry. just gonna try. not sure if it will be a success or not. but ah wells. i'll have fun playing with the flour xD who wans to try~~~? rephrase~~ who DARES to try~~~ (malays not included its porkified) so.. the recipe is as follows...
for the dough... this is suppose to make like 60 -_- so i might just cut down
3 cup of all purpose flour
1 1/4 cup of water COLD
salt
for the fillings. IDK I REALLY DONT KNOW. heres what i intend to make it with
mince PORK (see thats why malays cant try =x)
spring onion CHOPPED
white pepper.. just a little..
chinese wine~ cause yes i'm chinese
soya sauce light
btw did i mention? I REALLY DON THINK IT WILL BE NICE =x its all for the sake of FUUUN
